Overview

NextThe in-house tool is now a full web-native Studio, live in beta on `kindred-ros-ops` (v26) and decoupled from the vault (the vault is internal-only; external posts live in a web store on the Fly volume). It does create-from-scratch, AI caption + image generation, four publishing channels (FB / IG / LinkedIn Page / LinkedIn Kevin), and an AI Mode bulk import that turns a document into routed drafts with auto-generated images and an intelligently chosen image engine per post. Image gen is deployed with funded OpenAI + xAI keys (SOC-14 deploy gate closed). Next automation layer is auto-approve / scheduled auto-publish so an imported doc can go upload -> drafted -> imaged -> posted on a schedule with no clicks (Kevin's minimal-intervention goal). Kevin to review the Studio at `/studio` and run the in-app Connect-LinkedIn once to enable token auto-refresh.

NextCleanup done and the strategy-fix deploy chain is closed (APP-21 DATABASE_URL guard, APP-20 prod donor dedupe, APP-16 test email confirmed). APP-4 donor list view is now built and pushed to master (`aeb48aa`, live-review polish `0cd623d`), reviewed against the 352-row list with doctrine intact, awaiting Ben's deploy plus a browser pass. APP-18 store resilience is now specced for Claude Code (try/finally on every loading flag, surface failures, route 401 to sign-out; spec in JC inbox `2026-06-15 1118`). Remaining build queue: APP-4 deploy-time polish (Giving-column zeros, column separators, in-app row nav), moving the web-push crash fix `a41126c` from `app-favicon-stars` to master. **APP-18 store resilience is now built + pushed to master (`84cf6e6`); deploy is Ben's gate** (with a follow-on mobile type-error cleanup `a4d12da` that makes `tsc --noEmit` fully clean). Kevin is back, so the entity decision that gates the Stripe scaffold (APP-3) is now a live ask.

Nextkindredros.com is LIVE on Fly — DNS repointed 2026-06-15, both certs Issued, HTTPS verified (apex + www serve the Fly build; email records untouched). The demo-form backend (WEB-10) is built, deployed (`kindred-ros-web` v38), and verified live on kindredros.com (form submits; `/api/demo` emails jean-claude@ with Reply-To to the submitter). Remaining: Kevin's quick hosting nod (WEB-5, his after-the-fact call) and letting the Squarespace plan lapse at the Mar 2027 renewal (WEB-9).

NextKevin is back: confirm Kyle's start date and tool-access list and that the Zoho connector is live (ask f on the decision brief). The onboarding packet is drafted and ready to deliver; once Zoho is confirmed live, map the schema and build the weekly pipeline digest.
